Arena Hotel - Special Class Istanbul

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. We stayed in a room near the blue mosque and were able to walk to many of the major attractions in this city. Despite being close to everything, the hotel is on a quiet alley, so we didn't have any noise issues. The cleanliness of our room was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location near popular attractions, clean and comfortable rooms with daily service, friendly staff who help with organizing activities, welcoming breakfast area with a decent selection of food. PCR tests can be arranged at the hotel.

The hotel was cozy and fairly clean, its location was exceptional close to all monuments, good service. Spacious bathroom and beautiful room. The stuff was informative, we had great and everything was perfect.

Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, quiet and on a slope, allowing us to be close to all the main landmarks within walking distance. The staff is truly amazing, from check-in to check-out, they did a wonderful job with their impeccable service, always welcoming us with a nice welcome drink. They were always willing to help and provide great recommendations, without trying to sell us anything. We loved the room amenities, especially the soundproofed rooms, which provided us with a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV was great for some evening entertainment while enjoying a tea or coffee from the in-room facilities.

Great location just a few blocks from major attractions. The breakfast selection was delicious. We were really surprised to be upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony. The staff was accommodating and kindly fixed the plumbing issue.

The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. They were really nice too assist us and make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to Sultanahmet square and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a large variety of food and was quite enjoyable. There was something for everyone's taste.

The hotel was poorly cleaned and the noise level was unbearable. We couldn't get a good night's sleep throughout our entire trip.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the old city and only a few minutes' walk to major attractions. it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are bright, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly with good English skills. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall service is excellent.

The hotel doesn't have any on-site parking, and guests have to use a nearby paid parking facility.
